    I get it. I’ve been there. When I decided to lose weight for the last time in January of 2020 I was at my heaviest (other than when I was carrying another human!). I always counted calories, carbs, macros, all the things, and it NEVER worked long term. It wasn’t until I stopped dieting and started riding my bike to feel good and strong that I was able to lose weight for the last time. Now, I help women just like you do the same.
